Is it free?

How to register?

Download the Tell Health app on your mobile device. You will only need your mobile phone number to create your personal account. Follow the steps here.

Can I ask my provider to use it?

Yes. You can ask any provider to download Tell Health and send you messages.

Can I contact a provider through the app?

Please reach out to your provider using their office contact information. You cannot respond to their messages through the app. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or 112.

Can I share messages from my Providers with my family?

Yes. Messages can be shared with whomever you choose. All you need is their mobile phone number.

How to register as a Provider?

Download the Tell Health app on your mobile device. Create a personal account and then set up a Provider Account from your Profile settings. You will need your work email address.

How do I get a BAA?

Can I use it on my desktop?

Yes, the Tell Health app works in your desktop browser. Click here to access it.

Will patients see my mobile number?

No. Patients can only see your Name, Profession, Specialty and photo that you set up in your profile.

Can patients contact me through the app?

No. You can contact patients. Patients cannot contact you via the app.

Is it secure?

Is it HIPAA compliant?
